Click on "Create a Public Group"

Look below and customize your chatroom first.

After customizing your chatroom, fill up the required information above and click on continue.

After that you would be required to register. Just fill everything up and click on "Sign Up".

After that, just click on the blogger icon and this would appear. Login with your blogger account, don't worry your information won't be stored so it is safe. After filling everything up, just click on the "Post" button.
