I have included Yahoo!'s Media Player now. It is really useful when you want to let someone listen to some music without the need to embed complicated codes. Just leave the music's link, and presto! Instant sounds. Now let us give you a demonstration of the media player.

Above are some links to some MP3 files, when you click on them, the media player automatically pops out from the bottom left of the screen. The player is so compact and stylish too.

Now for the Installation

Don't worry, I don't think you would even shed a sweat on this one. The installation of this site add-on is so simple, just follow my easy and basic steps.

Step 1



Go to www.mediaplayer.yahoo.com

Step 2



Copy the code by highlighting it and pressing CTRL+C or by right clicking on it and selecting copy.

Step 3



Go to your blogger dashboard and click on "Layout"

Click on "Edit HTML"

Find the line ""
You can easily do this by pressing CTRL+F and a box will appear at the bottom, type in on the box and click on next.

Step 6



Paste the code above the "", and make sure to give extra spaces, so that whenever you want to remove it for good, you can easily find it.

Step 7


Create a link for your music file. To do this just upload your music file somewhere, get the direct link and use it to acivate the whole thing. A good place to search for music files with direct liks would be at www.playlist.com

Hope everything was quite simple for you. For those who does not use the blogger platform, let me summarize the whole installation. Just copy the media player's code, and paste it inside your "head" section. Make sure it's above the closing head tag. And for it to function, just leave a direct link for the music file, the link would be automatically translated by the player so that when you click on it, the player automatically pops out.
