Their most popular widget is called the "Live Traffic Feed", it is a free widget that displays your sites recent visitors. You can install and customize this widget easily, even though if your still a beginner. The best part is that they won't require you to register to install the free widget.

Go to this link to get the widget that is specifically for blogger.

Customize your widget by clicking on "First Customize It!" to let it blend the theme of your site or blog.

Next is the important part, the width. You must make sure that the width of the widget will match your layout.

Click "Add to your blogger blog" to shorten the process of installing the widget.
Click the "Add Widget" to instantly add it somewhere in your blog. If you haven't logged on to your blogger yet, just provide your username and password. Don't worry, they won't save any information from you. If you chose this step, then you are all done, if not proceed to step 5.

An alternative to adding this widget is by adding it manually to your blog. Proceed to your blogger dashboard and click the "Layout" button. Next is click on the "Add Gadget" button.

Find the "HTML/Javascript" widget, and click on the blue plus (+) button.

Go back to feedjit and copy the code which is inside the box.

Paste the code on the "content" box and add a title.
